By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) between you (“Customer”, “You”) and [Your Business Name] (“We”, “Us”, “Provider”).
1. Overview of Service
You are purchasing a customized Fire TV device, pre-configured with:
Stremio media platform
Support for third-party services: Real-Debrid and MediaFusion (Elfhosted)
Initial setup and configuration
A $10/month service plan which may include remote support, configuration updates, and account management assistance

2. Third Party Services
This service includes configuration for Real-Debrid and MediaFusion (Elfhosted), which are third-party services not owned, operated, or controlled by us.
We do not guarantee the functionality, availability, or terms of service of these platforms.
You acknowledge that Real-Debrid and MediaFusion may require their own accounts, subscriptions, and fees.
We do not provide access credentials to these services unless explicitly arranged as part of a managed service.
3. Billing & Payment
You will be charged $180 as a one-time fee for the device and setup.
You will be enrolled in a $10/month recurring subscription for ongoing support and maintenance.
By completing this purchase, you authorize us to store and charge your payment method on file for recurring payments.
Charges will recur every 30 days until canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@pascopcfix.com or 727-325-2421.
Cancellation only affects future charges. No refunds will be issued for prior charges or setup fees once services have been rendered.

5. Refunds & Returns
Devices are configured and customized per order and are non-refundable once shipped and/or setup is complete.
If the device is defective on arrival, we will provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

6. Device Warranty
Hardware is covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Our service warranty covers setup-related issues for 30 days from delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining your internet connection, router access, and power to the Fire TV device.
You must not use this device or service in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

8. Support Scope
Support includes initial onboarding and setup of the device; as well as some light troubleshooting, if necessary, once per month.
Additional support may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Service outages, policy changes, or disruptions from Real-Debrid, MediaFusion, or any other third party
Any misuse or legal implications arising from how you use your device or the services configured on it
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 90 days.
